We are proud of our all-star team and everything each individual brings to the table, so let’s take some time to get to know the Best.Team.Ever!
Meet Hailey Cammarata. She came to BDE in January of 2023 and is already making a significant impact for us as a Marketing and Hospitality Intern. She assists in gameday operations, hosting VIP guests for activation in the New York market, in addition to being a key value driver for BDE’s outbound marketing content.
Let’s get to know more about Hailey in her own words—
What is your favorite part of working at BDE?
My favorite part about working at BDE has been getting to hold such a dynamic role. Both experiencing being able to host in Adam Weitsman’s suite in the JMA wireless dome where I got to see in person the magic of BDE and the gamification platform, as well as partaking on the back end of BDE activities such as content conversations, writing blogs, etc.
What are you most proud of in your career so far?
So far the most proud part of my career would just be in general the opportunity to pursue my passion to experience what it is like to work in the sports industry and demonstrate to myself that this is a path that I definitely would like to continue on.
Who is your favorite athlete, and why?
Although cliche, my favorite athlete of all time would have to be Michael Jordan. I believe that he possesses the mindset that all athletes should have- to go to great lengths in order to be unstoppable, not settling for mediocracy.
What is the last song you listened to?
The last song I listened to was (obviously) Drake’s newest song “Search & Rescue” while I was at the gym.
What’s one thing on your bucket list?
One thing on my bucket list is to get the opportunity to travel around Europe with friends or a loved one.
What are three words that best describe you?
I always have trouble describing myself so when I asked my family and friends, some popular responses were:
Bubbly, Approachable, Open-minded, and Self-motivated
What is a piece of advice you’ve received that stuck with you?
A piece of advice that I have received that has stuck with me in hard situations and helped me to persevere is “everything happens for you, not to you”
We wouldn’t be the Best.Team.Ever. without Hailey.
