Meet James Estabrook. He came to BDE in January of 2023 and is already significantly impacting us as a Business Operations Associate. His expertise lies in sourcing new leads and attracting prospective customers for BDE. James excels in executing email marketing campaigns, conducting cold outreach, and effectively identifying potential prospects.

What is your favorite part of working at BDE?
Working at BDE offers an ever-changing landscape, where each day presents new and exciting challenges. As a young and energetic company, our team thrives on the competitive spirit ingrained within the sports centric industry we operate, and there is an inherent camaraderie that permeates the entire team.
We uplift and support one another, sharing a common goal of collective success. Each team member brings their own unique sports background, intertwining athletic spirit with business acumen. This fusion creates an invigorating atmosphere where there’s always a sense of discovery and a constant drive to implement new ideas. There’s never a dull moment as we consistently strive to conceive fresh and imaginative approaches to deliver the Best.Day.Ever. experience with our current and prospective clients.
What are you most proud of in your career so far?
I am most proud of having the opportunity to work alongside like-minded people who share a common goal and want to see each other succeed. I take great pride in achieving consistent growth and success in my career. From overcoming challenges to achieving significant milestones, I’m proud of my progress so far and look forward to continuing to provide positive impacts to the organizations we work with.
Who is your favorite athlete, and why?
While undoubtedly one of the greatest football players of all time, Lionel Messi would have to be my go-to. His impact on the world of sports transcends boundaries, unifying people from all corners of the globe. Whether you are in Europe, Africa, Asia, or the Americas, Messi’s mesmerizing performances on the field have the power to captivate and bring together people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. His talent acts as a universal language, bridging gaps and fostering a sense of connection among fans through the universal language of football.
What is the last song you listened to?
The last song I listened to was Fast Car by Luke Combs while getting some work done.
What’s one thing on your bucket list?
One of the many things on my bucket list would be to go skydiving. Something about the thrill of jumping out of a moving plane thousands of feet above the ground, followed by the serene experience of floating through the air, truly excites me and is something I hope to experience one day.
What are three words that best describe you?
Driven. Resilient. Ambitious.
What is a piece of advice you’ve received that stuck with you?
A piece of advice that has always stuck with me is if you’re doing what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life. Embracing this advice has not only redefined my approach to work but has motivated me to consistently prioritize the things that interest me and led me to unlock a sense of fulfillment and purpose in everything I do.
