In June, HPE hosted its annual HPE Discover event that brought over 14,000 patrons to the technology showcase. As part of the event, HPE held a keynote address within the Sphere which opened in the Fall of 2023.
HPE’s event at the sphere wanted to highlight the benefits of AI and its ability to be a force for good within society while also noting the “past, present, and future” of HPE’s business. To enhance the message of the keynote address, the Sphere’s 160,000 sq. ft. and 16,000 x 16,000-pixel wraparound screen was utilized as a supporting cast member to create an immersive experience for attendees.
While Antonio Neri, the Chief Executive Officer for HPE, delivered the address, the Sphere’s display portrayed supporting visuals that went hand in hand with the speech to drive home the message of the keynote address. The cutting-edge visual technology followed the theme of “Intelligence Has No Limits.”
“Every facet of design, from subtle visual cues to immersive storytelling elements, was tailored to amplify the brand’s presence and purpose, forging an emotional connection that transcended the confines of the screen,” Sami Saaud, the Chief Creative Officer of No Filter Creative, told BizBash. “As the presentation unfolded, the brand emerged as the hero—subtly building the narrative and leaving a lasting impression on the audience.”
Saaud also noted that visuals can be used to enhance any corporate event, not just those held in state-of-the-art arenas.
“Know your audience, then incorporate images and animations that resonate with your core themes and avoid clutter,” said Saaud. “Effective visuals can transform complex ideas into memorable experiences, leaving a long-lasting impact. And at the end of the day, isn’t that what it’s all about?”
HPE Discover’s keynote address in the Sphere depicts the importance and the advantage of using technology in corporate events.
